Shipping policy

Processing Times: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the following business day.

Domestic Shipping (Italy): Delivery takes 3–5 business days from dispatch. Free shipping is available for orders over €99. For orders under €99, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

EU Shipping: Deliveries to European Union countries take 7–10 business days from dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delays: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, severe weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for carrier or customs delays.

Order Tracking: A tracking number will be sent via email as soon as the order is dispatched.
